Cancellation Policy
Khadim Consultants Private Limited has a customer-friendly cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations are considered only if requested within 72 hours of placing an order. Requests will not be entertained if the Operations team has already initiated assignment.
- Cancellation and refund of fees or charges will follow the Company Refund Policy as declared from time to time.
- Orders under the same-day delivery category cannot be canceled.
- No cancellations for products/services obtained via special discounts or offers on occasions like New Year, Anniversary, Festivals, Foundation Day, etc.
Refund Policy
